TEAMVision - Do you love acting or have you always wanted to make a movie and just didn’t know where to start?
Beginning in January, Morning Star Productions will be offering an exciting 6 week film academy emphasizing practical, hands-on experience. Students teams will be making multiple film shorts, participating in team challenges, receive personal instruction and feedback, and ultimately finish with a film ready to submit to the Young Christian Filmmaker’s Festival.
While still covering the basics, students will receive more advanced training in topics such as acting, organizing, creating call sheets, master shots, how to direct amateur actors, creative lighting, beats, secrets to creating a winning story and more.
Students with TEAMVision will be taught by Director Stacie Jones. Having directed numerous film projects, worked on set for two feature films this summer, and having recently attended the San Antonio Filmmakers Academy, Stacie is excited to share from her experiences and pass on new ideas. TEAMVision students will also hear from guest speakers and other filmmakers.

Price: $10 per session – $60 total or $15 per session for two children.

2009 Christian Filmmaker’s Workshop
Morning Star Production first intensive, two day workshop. Participants received an overview on filmmaking, learning everything from script writing and filming to computer editing. Several students put into practice what they learned by making films to enter into the Young Christian Filmmaker’s Festival.
